The company, once a Pearl of American Engineering, has become a shadow of what it used to be, after being sold and bought so many times. No Engineers on staff (except couple of folks who claim they are, without any formal Engineering education), no management to speak of, and a general work environment and company culture built on lies and ignorance. Mismanagement and a pervasive Will to Never Learn anything describes the current modus operandi. Pity.
Very responsive, resourceful and helpful
My buyer was mistreated by Robert Guidetti, he was rude. He shipped the wrong parts and then claimed we must have bought it elsewhere cheaper when we needed to return THE WRONG PART THEY SUPPLIED. Now they want US to pay freight and hit us with a 15% restocking fee.
