I ordered 25Gm of a chemical on 11/26/2016 and paid $525.56 for it. They sent us a 5Gm package ( worth about $180 on their website) We have spent a year trying to get them to correct this mistake. Most of the time they put you on hold and if you are patient enough to wait it out they ask you to leave a message or disconnect. They NEVER return the phone call. My husband and I went to see the doctor and leave the urine for test . After one month we got a bill 16,150.00 for each of us and my insurance pay 982.00 the left over is on us . I think this is a fraut lab I don't know how they are still open
