If you’re looking for a sketchy place with lots of hidden fees and onsite charges, this is the place for you! Nothing is more important than the customer, except for the Profit Margin of Science and Humans! Stay away! Go elsewhere! They charge you for everything, even if you’re aware of it! They will charge your for things for things you never asked for or signed up for. So far so great
Customer service 5 stars. Would have been 5 across the board but it took me too long to realize the difference between the doctors you work with. Some really truly care and give you the time but others clearly not so much. So 5 stars to Bonnie as well! Only dealt with her once but she was great. Product, program did not seem to work for me and my body. Nobody’s fault, eat well, exercise etc but the trt just never did anything for me. I have friends signed up having great results.
I was quite reassured with my consult with the NP. She is well versed in women's health and was able to provide answers that my GP couldn't. I am beyond pleased that I no have answers, an action plan and can see a clear path forward. Thank you, Abida! 5 stars for you! The fact we have to use PocketPills pharmacy (which also charges a delivery fee) or incur admin fees for each prescription (on average $25 each) sent to the pharmacy of our choice should be illegal.
Great company. Glad I found science and humans for many reasons.
