Property is kept tidy. Residents are decent folks. Trailers maintained. But complex staff are rarely available, they often don't return calls or texts, they are inconsistent in showing up to posted "open" hours (not late, but rather, completely absent for several consecutive days at a time). Lot rental rates are high but they don't include lawn mowing or snow removal. Online payment isn't always available, necessitating money wires which have to be done in person at Western Union. UPDATE: After living here for almost 2 years now, I am giving an additional star. Ava and Tony attend to our needs so well...that it needed to be 5 stars. Nice, quiet, clean 55 plus community. Staff here are excellent. Maintenance responds quickly to needs.
Just visited a family member but from all I could see it's a very well kept trailer park very quiet nice friendly neighborhood and it's very conveniently right in the middle of where you want to be as far as quick walks to 7 eleven or McDonald's or just a short car ride to the main strip in midland so your in a great area as well as in a very nice neighborhood nothing looks trashy everyone has beautiful homes and nice upkept shoul.I would have no issues living in such a nice area.
Just moved here a month ago. Ava is so nice and very helpful, park is nice, we bought a place have seen a few issues, such as neighbors had a tree on there home that my husband trimmed up the best he could. Don't mind helping out, mice are bad, but overall people are nice and park is quiet
