Great senior community with alot of activities to keep residents engaged! Clean, safe, and overall great.
Ava worked tirelessly, even after hours because of my crazy schedule, to get it all done and find the right fit for me. She asked what my priorities and wishlist was then gave me several options until we found what I wanted
The transition from a home in Midland to purchasing a new home in Science City was made stress free due to Ava's helpful experience and knowledge which was very much appreciated.
I have lived in this park for about a year and absolutely love it here. Our manager goes above and beyond to make our Community beautiful and welcoming. Highly recommend
I recently was looking at Science City as a place for a family member who met all the requirements and this place is phenomenal, from the people who live there and the amazing staff that helped me with all the questions and information I needed. Ava was amazing, extremely professional, and answered every single question I had and more!!
