Science care was respectful about picking up my deceased mother, yet the screening process was brutal. Trying to answer all the questions and send over a POA and 2 witnesses over the phone wit an incompetent person. Two customer service women were terrible. Sharing what each sibling said over the phone. They actually seemed like they enjoyed stirring up drama. Very unprofessional. They should understand the families upset and mentality, before they try and pass their judgements.

My nephew passed away 10/11/24. When the transport finally came after 9pm, and moved him to the gurney, the older man in charge announced that they would be putting him in a bag, and zip it up, leaving his face where she could say her goodbyes. I was appalled!!! His 92 yr old mom and I watched him be put in that bag, then they stepped out of the room until my sister finished. He then zipped it shut completely and put a black cover on top. Words cannot express what a blessing Science Care AZ was to me when my mother passed away unexpectedly 4 years ago. Although she was terminally ill, we thought we had a little bit more time, and I had literally only 3 days before spoken to a friend and found out about Science Care, whom they had used whenever her sister passed away. When a deceased leaves us and you need help? Why not, they handle every aspect of the process with dignity and free of charge. I experienced their services first hand and I was so happy I did, they are wonderful people. Plus, your donation may help in the cure of future disease and medical training!
