Science Care was a blessing. My mother passed away recently, knowing she wanted to be cremated. My brothers and I knew there was no way we nor our mom could afford cremation. A family member suggested my mom donated her body to science. I had heard of Science Care though my job and dived deeper. Not only can your loved one's body help educate students for science but they cover the cost of cremation. This information took a huge financial burden off our shoulders. My Husband set it up for himself because he do isn’t want me to have to deal with things when He was taken home, It was easy especially at this time no hassles they take care of everything and keep in constant contact with you through the whole process. My sister recently passed away and she was a pharmacist that worked on cures for cancer and before she passed she applied for her body to be sent here from San Antonio Texas to help future patients with cancer and studies on gallbladder/bile duct cancer cause that’s what she had and they sent her cremated remains back a couple days ago with a thank you letter :) my sister wanted her ashes put in a salt urn so we can send her off in the ocean so she can be part of the earth and that’s her wishes so me and my other 2 sisters p... read more

Hi. To anyone wanting to Donate to Science Care, after they pass away. Take the advice frome someone who actually used their, Science Cares, program to 100%. 3 plus years ago, my brother, was extremely sick in Sacramento CA. Sick to the point that physicians their called me from CA to CO. telling me that he, my brother was not going to live very Long. I flew there.
