This office is the best! Nicole has worked on two of my family member’s cases with three different processes & everything has gone very smooth. I went in to request my money back and was immediately met with attitude from the owner and his wife. While I was sitting down reviewing the contract, the owner forced me to delete a picture from my personal phone, which made me feel intimidated and uncomfortable. Best immigration office ever! Especially Nicole, she is great at adjustments of status and petitions. She explains the process thoroughly and reviews all documents with you to ensure it is correct. The other 2 girls that work there are really nice and professional too, I believe their names are Martha and Johanna. Was recommended to go here to print my appointment for UCIS that I needed. Wanted to charge $5 to print one piece of paper. Hope they are not scamming immigrants like they are with their printing services.
