Very bad experience – no trust, poor service We hired Sciage Béton St-Leonard to cut openings for windows, based on instructions given by their estimator, Alex. We were told to mark the windows and that the blade would provide enough space for proper installation. This was not the case at all. Not only were the openings too small, but the cuts were not straight. Despite this being their mistake, we were forced to pay full price for them to return. Je connais cette compagnie depuis 15 ans, ils avaient un excellent service et des prix raisonnables, malheureusement tout a changé, ils m’ont fait une coupe de sciage de béton à boulangerie castel avec des mauvaises mesures et quand j’ai réclamés ils Alexandre a essayé de mettre la faute sur moi le boulanger!!!! Ensuite il m’a obligé un extra pour rectifier la coupe, j’ai accepté juste pour finir de ce problème, sa secrétaire a débité 3500$ de ma carte de crédit avec condition qu’ils viennent le lendemain finir la job, a 10:... read more
