Stay far away from SCI! They are incompetent, rude, and completely incapable of accurately doing anything. From the original appointment of the techs showing up 6 hours before the appt (because it was more convenient for him) to them asking me for the previous occupants information to be able to look up their account (how would I even know that) to them constantly trying to double bill - they invoice me for things that are supposed to be sent to the management company. I would not recommend this company at all. Our security monitoring service (a different company that was then sold to SCI Technologies) was once owned locally with outstanding customer service and then things went immediately downhill with SCI Technologies. When the company was purchased, they started calling me to ask me to pay for services and an install that I had ALREADY paid! They have been harassing me for months! Ryan and Chandler arrived on time and did an excellent job with our glass break install and restoring our system after new windows were installed. They were very polite, took extra care of our property, and left our home clean and orderly. My wife and I were very satisfied.
