Technician, Jim S did not seem experienced with our system and a 1/2 to 1 hour job took over three hours after he showed up late to start with. After he left, we realized he did not terminate the wires correctly on the battery since he broke the plastic terminal cover and did not replace it. We called the office and he drove back to fix what he had broken. This is a safety hazard. It should not have been left this way. I had this company come over to Uninstalle a bunch of brand new equipment that was already paid for. They came and had the nerve to send me a large bill charging me for removal of their equipment that they keep.
