We have used Sci-tech several times for cleaning carpet, LVT, ceramic floor tile, and grout (including sealing), and for cleaning leather furniture. They provide an accurate estimate as to cost, arrive on time, and do a great job. Their crew works well together, is friendly, and will answer any questions you may have. We have always been pleased with their work and can recommend them.

I was referred to them as a place that does odds and ends jobs they don't advertise. I asked if they were able to paint decks and they assured me they could do it. Sent me an estimate that included sanding of the deck as it was needed. Estimate a little higher than anticipated, especially as paint wasn't included. They did not strip the deck, missed a whole pillar, sides of other ones, and got paint on the deck. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they did come back to repair the latter 3. Everything seemed good until the carpet dried. Unfortunately, post-cleaning interactions were difficult and disappointing. The stains weren't thoroughly cleaned, and I was asked to pay an additional $50 to address the issue. The company's response was cold and tough, lacking flexibility and a genuine effort to resolve the problem. I expected better customer service and a more satisfactory resolution.

Cam and Fred did an amazing job at my in home daycare. Kids can get very messy, and I have white Berber carpet. They did a fabulous job and I will be getting them to clean the carpets every other month! Highly recommend!
