The the assessments made and the insurance negotiations and the installation and completion were seamless.
A hailstorm in the fall of 2023 damaged our roof and gutters. SCI inspected our roof and gutters and confirmed the damage. At my request, SCI helped us file a claim with our insurance company and stayed involved through the process of working with the inspecting insurance adjusters until our claim was approved. Had a great experience with S.C.i. Roofing. Replaced my roof after hail damage and they worked with my insurance company to cover the cost. They showed up when promised, finished the job in one day, and when they finished and cleaned up it looked like no one was there. Great company to work with from management to their workers. Highly recommend them to replace your roof if needed. Very pleased with my new roof.
The team at SCI is great! Having worked with them on my roof claim, they helped me through the whole process with my insurance company to make sure I could have my roof full replaced. Scott did our roof and took phenomenal care of us throughout the entire Insurance process. He answered every question and handled all contact with the insurance company making this all so easy.
