Friendly staff and great service.
We took our truck into Hino Nerang to have the gearbox checked. They told us everything was mostly fine, just that the belts needed tightening, and they performed a general service. We were charged $1,600. When we drove it home, we noticed the DPD button wasn’t working. We called them, and they asked us to bring it back in. This time they kept the truck longer than the first visit — a full day and a half — and then came back with a completely different list of supposed issues, quoting $3,800 for more repairs. I was very happy with Sci-Fleet Hino in Nerang. I needed my truck fixed ASAP and they managed to squeeze me in the same week. Customer service is 10/10 here as they greet & attend to you the moment you walk through the doors. My truck was fixed within a few hours of dropping it off. Would definitely use again & highly recommend. Pricing & parts were fair. Overall I could not fault this company.
