Friendly staff and great service.
We took our truck into Hino Nerang to have the gearbox checked. They told us everything was mostly fine, just that the belts needed tightening, and they performed a general service. We were charged $1,600. When we drove it home, we noticed the DPD button wasn’t working. We called them, and they asked us to bring it back in. This time they kept the truck longer than the first visit — a full day and a half — and then came back with a completely different list of supposed issues, quoting $3,800 for more repairs.
