Excellent Service - Great People I bought a used hot tub from my neighbor last fall. It ran for a couple months and then one of the pumps crapped out. When I first called SCI they were there within a couple days, gave me an estimate and we decided to wait to fix it. This spring I ordered the parts and thought I'd do it myself - then changed my mind. Horrible Service - watch out for their warranty service. We purchased a Sundance Spa through another store. That store lost the servicing contract which went to SCI. We tried to get their help - took several calls - several trips - and an unexpected "trip charge" to fix our fully covered spa. He threatened me months ago that if I didn't want to pay the trip charge - they would never work on my tub again. Better Ok, these guys came through. Found out our new tub was backordered and they will deliver soon. Frustrating, but all worked out.
These Guys suck! These guys are horrible!!'. Oh my god, my dad has been waiting forMonths on a part, they ordered him the wrong tub, and now these guys are giving me the run around on a repair. Down two weeks now and no hot tub. I will be calling Jacuzzi and letting them know their reps are just plain clueless.
