Have been going here for years. You have to schedule way in advance to get an appointment, which I did 4 months prior. I had to re arrange my work schedule which was very difficult. I dont get to pick what days off I have unless its in advance. So they decide to cancel my appointment 2 days before because I did not hit one on my confirmation text message.
