I honestly would not even give them a 1 rating ....we bought our teenage daughter an ***** car from them which we brought back multiple times in 2 months for the same issue of dash board flickering on her at night, having to be jump started multiple times and now this last time I was told there was a "mice issue" which has been the problem since the beginning and they will not fix it ...we do not have mice the problem NEVER HAVE ...issue started happening right away and they kept putting a "bandaid" on the issue...now they a... read more

As a dealer we do understand that things happen and that is why you have not paid for a single repair on the vehicle. Poor customer service. Typical used car salesman approach covering problems and then selling AS IS. Failed to change bad battery, then failed to tell me that it had an engine light that presented itself conveniently while i was finalizing paperwork. Ugg. Save your money. They want your money not your satisfaction.

Customer purchased a 2004 Silverado and 2 months later called and wasn't even having issues with the truck. Was mostly upset about a trade in value he received and another dealer. Customer signed 4 documents that the vehicle was sold AS-IS and No warranty. Customer, Manager, and Salesperson all signed form stating the vehicle has not been inspected and being sold as is no warranty and all repairs will be the customers responsibility.
