Very disappointing experience. After my accident, this shop confirmed that they would pick up and repair my vehicle. I trusted them with my car, but the entire process became extremely frustrating and costly. I ended up spending nearly $12,000, and I feel that the communication and service I received did not match what was promised. Stay far away from these guys. Excuse after excuse. Not trustworthy at all. Not reliable. They can only do 1 car at a time. Get online to wait a long time. Much better choices around the corner.
