I agree with a previous one star review and comments on this site. Schwend works for the Monarch Condos and during early May this year, the workers apparently had the sprinkler head just outside my condo pointed directly at my back door during the first watering of this season. When I walked out my patio door that evening, I waded in water over my feet on my newly installed wood floor. Outside was a direct stream of gushing water across my patio.
