This place is NOT the go-to. I went up there tonight and got 1/2 pound of brisket To-go. When I got it the man who gave it to me was very nice, including an extra .4 pounds of meat but when I went back to my truck and took a bite, I couldn't even break it off. The meat is tough like beef jerky and unchewable. Would not reccomend this place unless you like tough meat.
