Horrible. This company is old school. They won't email you back. They are ok to work with by phone and very rude most of the time but if you have a debt, they will not update it even if you are making payments. They are very hard and challenging to work with. Stay away ! Just a pain in the rear to work with. Would recommend file complaints on them.
