After my initial consultation in the fall of 2022 I was told once I paid the $10k retainer that they would immediately start working on my case. I put down my retainer the following week and was in contact with one of the staff members who drafted my affidavit $2k and 8 months later nothing was filed. I asked for my remaining funds to be returned and then was told they would make my case a priority after sitting on it for 8 months. Got my retainer back - hired a different attorney.
