I am a C four quadriplegic. I saw him for a stage three pressure sore. It rapidly turned to a stage four and made its way to the bone. It got severely an infected and he was still trying to treat it with a dakins solution. My primary care doctor ended up having to admit me to Northside Hospital, where I was treated with IV antibiotics. I am a quadriplegic incomplete. I confirmed an appointment October 9 and informed Vanessa that I could not write so I would need help filling out the paperwork when I arrive. Because the only transportation I have is dial A Ride at Forsyth County resource I arrange to arrive 45 minutes early. I received a call October 11 two days before my appointment saying the office manager said they could not fill up my paperwork and I told them I have no family no friends here that can help me and since the four years I’ve been injured ... read more
