A truck with bright LED screens was advertising for this company on the highway. I can’t support any business that chooses such a dangerous marketing tactic. This should be illegal.

Upon entering Franky immediately introduced himself, I told him that the clasp was broken on my watch as I was no longer able to wear it. He presented to be the watch also doesn't work & needs a battery replacement. He said would work on all & would be about $25 but when he came out the watch was FULLY CLEANED, Fully fixed, & a new battery and told me I was good to go! Franky is responsible, respectful and treats you like you're more than just a number. I don't leave reviews barely ever but for Franky Im leaving one.

If I could submit more than 5 stars I would. If I could submit a MILLION stars I would. I visited their Short Pump location and was greeted immediately by one of their reps, Boo. Not only did she immediately create a warm and welcoming environment for me, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND pairing the perfect piece for me to give my partner a promise ring. I would give a million stars if I could based on the wonderful experience recently received at Schwarzschild Jewelers. Thanks to my husband, for our 50th anniversary I picked out the most gorgeous diamond ring as a gift. I also had the diamond I received on my wedding day re-mounted on my grandmother's gold band I had been given long ago by my father.
