My parents have been long time clients of this office and when my health insurance premiums thru my job increased 28% they recommended I contact Schwarz. I called at the beginning of August and started working with Nina who was wonderful. She was patient and kind. Denise at Schwarz Insurance has made my life a lot less stressful. Great service.
Buyer beware. This agency appears to sell insurance policies but their follow up communication and attention to detail are very poor. Our experience working with multiple agents (Mary, Nina and someone named Sonja that was supposed to reach out but never did) was abysmal. Disappointing lack of service.
