The Dr is awesome (Schwarz). The support staff sucks. First, after the Dr and nurse ask for your pharmacy, no one ever calls in the prescription. Two outpatient procedures and both required medicine. A prescription was never called in and I had to keep calling to get someone to submit same to my pharmacy. Second, they have a call center that sucks that not onsite. Dr. Schwartz and team are always caring and attentive.
Scheduled an endoscopy with Dr. Christopher Schwarz. The woman at the check in desk was excellent. When I was called in to get prepped, the nurse, along with the aide made sure I was comfortable, went over all my information & answered any questions I had. Once in the procedure room the anesthesiologist went over what she was going to do. Dr Schwarz did the same & any questions I had were answered. Dr. Schwarz, along with everyone who took care of me put me first! I highly recommend Dr. Christopher Schwarz & Wake Endoscopy!!
