Schwarz Construction finished our new home in the summer of 2020. Our project involved demolition of our former home and a new build on our existing lot. Kurt Schwarz did an amazing job quarterbacking the demolition, architectural design, framing and finishing. All aspects of the exterior and interior were attended to and we could not be happier with the result. His team went the extra mile for us, even building a custom mailbox to match the house. We hired Schwarz to build our dream home and it’s been a nightmare. A two year legal battle. He lied at closing telling the title company and us the home had past all inspections and was legal to move in. Durning the legal battle it was uncovered the house had not passed inspections. We were forced to pay contractors to finish the home. He has not honored state mandated new home warranties. In addition, he was 20% over budget.
