Predominantly attended by athletes, health professionals, frontline workers and health enthusiasts. This is the place if you want to become fit and get the results.
Visited with a friend who recommended going there, I loved the energy of that team and instructors, the only reason I gave 4 and not 5 Is because the toilets has the worst smell I ever smelled in my whole life, its just disgusting really.
I tried this gum out a while back, and while it looks nice, and seems to tick all the boxes it doesn’t cater very well to newbies. There’s a real go hard or go home vibe. Seasoned xfit games athletes would probably love it though.
