I would give them a negative number if I could! I had a garnishment that was released in 2023 and since then this person, Kim Schwarzkopf, has and is still trying to RE garnish ! It is hard to work for a collection office. Debtors don't understand the terms when they take out a loan most of the time and then get upset when the law makes them uphold their end of the deal and pay back the loan. Most of the time it has be collected by garnishments and liens because debtors don't pay back freely when it comes this far. Since getting a loan thru Tower Loan I have had multiple health, financial issues as well as my partner has pancreatic cancer. This law office took the judgment case & despite contacting them trying to explain my situation I've had no success. Even after I contacted them stating I had multiple health issues keeping me from working they still are trying to garnish my wages from a temp company I only worked a season for almost a year ago. This place is a joke! They feed off the poor and have no remorse! They garnished me for over a year it was almost paid off then I lost my job. I came into a little bit of money and sent them the balance from my garnishment less than a month later and when I call in to check on it, somehow I gained over $400 in interest charges. So my money order did not cover the balance and I’m still stuck with this place.
