Horrible customer service and illegal practices on collections, use an attorney when dealing with them. I was sent a balance after paying off a garnishment and they continued to garnish my wages in order to receive income after the judgment was paid off plus an extra 1000.
I am trying to see if they will work with me on payments since I do NOT OWN any property or land plus NO JOB fixed income of disability. Anyone know if they will?
I would give them a negative number if I could! I had a garnishment that was released in 2023 and since then this person, Kim Schwarzkopf, has and is still trying to RE garnish ! It is hard to work for a collection office. Debtors don't understand the terms when they take out a loan most of the time and then get upset when the law makes them uphold their end of the deal and pay back the loan. Most of the time it has be collected by garnishments and liens because debtors don't pay back freely when it comes this far. The office and the attorney are good about doing their job and not taking it personally. The office is always pleasant over the phone and willing to over options with debtors.
