Well its nice to know i am not the only one they are doing this to. Sucks to be us on 3-16-26 i owed 1689.84 according to her paper but my check stubs say i owed 1496.41 as of 6-18-26 said i paid off my debt had 1 normal check and then next check shows i owe 1883.27 it makes no freaking sense and cannot get answers.
Horrible customer service and illegal practices on collections, use an attorney when dealing with them. I was sent a balance after paying off a garnishment and they continued to garnish my wages in order to receive income after the judgment was paid off plus an extra 1000.
I am trying to see if they will work with me on payments since I do NOT OWN any property or land plus NO JOB fixed income of disability. Anyone know if they will?
