Parag K. Parekh and his firm, SSRGA, serve as counsel to my condominium boards. My review is based on SSRGA legal fees that were passed on to me by the condominium board in connection with a disputed lien. The $7,155 SSRGA invoice for what should have been a routine lien reflects 16.2 hours of time (much of it partner-level attorney time) for preparation and processing.
