Greg is very knowledgeable about the town and was able to share a lot of insights, how to manage properties with college kids and how to maintain these properties. He proactively found homes for us, was willing to work with us remotely by doing virtual showings when needed and guided us clearly through the process. He was very logical and data based when suggesting offer numbers. Highly recommend him and we will certainly work with him again.
