Buying a house in these recent years seemed impossible! But after working with Austin, and his business I was amazed at how simple buying a house is. He laid out the process step by step, there were no surprises, and he had a great network of connections from brokers, to title agency’s, and even great advice for being a first time home buyer. Austin Schwartz was the most patient person with me and my husband! We started looking up houses just for fun, thinking it would take us maybe a year or so to find one that checked all the boxes we wanted. 2 months later we were moving in! He searched all the houses he could until we found the most amazing one. Also gave us a lot of helpful tips and money back on concessions. We really recommend him to anyone!!
