Nicholas plante was assigned as GAL for my daughter. After paying him in full we did not hear from him for about 4 months. When we finally did get in touch, he spent a grand total of 20 minutes talking to my daughter. She asked to talk to him more and was completely ignored. Atty Higgins was argumentative and made me uncomfortable. Additionally, she also would not allow me to continue our phone conversation which was disconnected, requiring me to send several e-mails which resulted in a higher bill than I would have had if we had concluded the meeting by phone.
Attorney Nick Plante was great in handling my divorce. He came recommended to me from a divorce mediator and I am so glad I asked her for her recommendation. Nick handled my case from start to finish and was a bulldog. He fought to protect my assets which were in jeopardy. I also dealt with Dianne in the front office a lot and she was always sweet and helpful. I was so nervous I was going to lose everything but Nick always reassured me we were on the winning end and he was right. I did not lose a dime to the ex.
I was lucky enough to have attorney Marisa Higgins as my attorney. She was smart articulate and very easy to talk to.She was fantastic in getting back to me with any and all questions I had.Divorce is a very complicated process but with Marisa by your side its a win.Thank you mr Schwartz and mr Plante for hiring the best of the best.
