Dr. Schwartz is old school which I thought I liked but he seems to be nearing the end of his career and doesn’t seem interested in investigating the cause of your symptoms. Some of the front desk staff are also very unprofessional. I have new insurance and they made me wait to see the doctor until it was verified. They let someone who’s appt time was after mine go before me because they hadn’t verified within 10 minutes. I’ve worked at a doctors office and verified insurance in 5 minutes. Dr Schwartz Takes the time to really listen and help .
There’s absolutely no PASSION in this practice. The receptionist are incompetent and ignorant. They have no regard for people’s life long conditions. They were supposed to ROUTINELY follow and write a prescription for my RA. I haven’t heard from them since 2023. I told the Dr. about my hands he didn’t even do a physical assessment of my fingers put me on a start medication even though my RA levels were severely high.
