There’s absolutely no PASSION in this practice. The receptionist are incompetent and ignorant. They have no regard for people’s life long conditions. They were supposed to ROUTINELY follow and write a prescription for my RA. I haven’t heard from them since 2023. I told the Dr. about my hands he didn’t even do a physical assessment of my fingers put me on a start medication even though my RA levels were severely high. I've seen Dr. Schwartz twice so far. Kind and knowledgeable Doc. Spent extra time to make sure I fully understood my recent test results.
I wish all of the Dr's I deal with were as considerate and pays attention as well as Dr Schwartz and his staff.
I have been with this practice for a good while. As stated Dr. Schwartz is very caring and goes above to make sure he listens and is able to help. The staff's a wonderful part of the team.
