My first visit he was on the personal phone got billed for 190 for him to take calls while I was in the room. Second appt I show up he isn’t there no phone call to reschedule but the office says other wise
He has a very nasty attitude. He doesn't talk to you he just types on the computer and he expects you to know when you have been taking your medicine and how long you have been taking it.
I have waited 1 hour and a half to be seen and when I asked what was the wait, secretary told me that I should expect this every time due to how long winded DR. Shartz can be. The staff don’t seem to care about their patients. One of the worst primary’s I have had to see. Great doctor, terrible staff. Not a good mix.
I started seeing Dr. Schwartz around 2002 for my FAA aviation physicals, which I am required to take every six months. My previous flight surgeon at that time passed away unexpectedly. Dr. Schwartz is one of only a handful of physicians in the Baltimore area specifically certified by the FAA to give flight physicals. Along the way he has become my primary care physician.
