Excellent care from Dr. Schwartz.
Dr. Schwartz operated on my daughter removing a rather large dermoid cyst. The surgery was rather lengthy. Dr. Schwartz was brilliant! He spent a lot of time with us explaining everything. The staff at Pinnacle Hospital in Crown Point, Indiana was professional and efficient to include the OR and recovery nurses and anesthesiologist. Thank you for taking such excellent care of my daughter!
Not pleased AT ALL with how the, obviously lazy secretary handles billing... Guess patients don't deserve a courtesy call when there is an issue with a payment!? I was under the impression my dues were paid... Until receiving notification that something hit my credit score. When I called to ask what happened she says "the card quit going thru so we turned it over"... But never once called me to see if there was an issue or another source of payment! A simple call would have prevented it all!

Dr.Karl took care of me while pregnant with my 3rd n 4th child..its sad to say he does deliver babies anymore..me n my husband r now expecting our 5th child now n i wish Dr.Karl could care for us..me n my husband loved him n those nice nurses who we grew so close to..
