I really felt the need to write a review after seeing all the negative reviews below me. I have been coming to Dr Schwartz for over 10 years and there have been many different faces in this office. Most very unfriendly. The last year I have to say it has been much better. The front desk always gets back to me when I leave a message and Dr Schwartz assistant, Jamie, is a absolute pleasure. Update. There’s been so many negative reviews on Dr Karen Schwartz and her office. I’d like to update this review. I’ve been going to Dr. Schwartz’s office for a few years now I’m in for diabetes control and I’m seeing Betty Ann who has helped me tremendously and now I’ve got a A1c at 6.6 which is tremendous. This is the WORST DR OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN TO. MADE AN APPOINTMENT, TOOK 6 WEEKS! WHEN I SHOWED UP THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME PERSONALLY AND WOULD NOT BILL MY FSA ACCOUNT! ARROGANT AND RUDE
Dr Schwartz gets a “5” , however the staff gets a “3”. First I got a phone call reminding me of my appointment and besides my copay I also owe $15. This was not true. They owed me $15! Then in the room the nurse came in and told me I was in for a diabetes work up. Nope! I was in an osteoporosis work up! They need to get their act together.
