He failed to do basics, get Discoveries in custody case and he colluded with opposing council. Do not hire him. He worked against me in my case. Attorneys are Officers of the court and work for the courts, not for simple people. Peter was faithful to the judge and failed to represent me and interests of my child. I told him that my ex is dangerous and he did nothing to protect me.

He is empathetic and kind, but also honest and straight forward, always seeking the best solution to any given circumstance. I recommend Peter Schwartz to anyone in need of legal services, he is a fantastic attorney. Going to court is scary because it’s unpredictable, but Peter helps explain the best course of action and sets realistic expectations.
