Terrible experience. Christopher Olsen did not follow my explicit directions to attempt to have the case moved to a different jurisdiction, and did not tell me that those were his plans. His reasoning? He claimed the prosecution told him that they thought they would lose. Despite repeated requests, I was not told what he had as far as discovery, until a day before the trial he told me had nothing, including what I had provided. He said he lost the evidence.
