We are extremely happy with the work done by Schwartz Construction Solutions. We had repairs done to gutters, soffits, and replacement of screens on the porch. Absolutely LOVE my new screened in porch. Everything was done to perfection…right down to the tiniest detail. Both Walter and Travis headed up the project, and were available to answer questions promptly, both, prior to, and as the screened-in porch was being installed. The crew was also amazing. The Schwartz Construction team brought our dream to a beautiful reality. They worked in extreme heat and around torrential rainfalls to provide us with quality service to complete our desired project. They went the extra mile in looking for some hard to find matching Trex railing already around our pool and used a pvc wrap with dark brown matching paint for the large posts. We are so enjoying this new outdoor living space! Highly recommend this team! Thanks Schwartz Crew!!!

Schwartz Construction has done three projects for us. They built a screened in deck, replaced our front porch, and repaired our garage door frame after a truck ran into and damaged it. They did a wonderful job on all three. They show up on time, work the entire day and are very courteous and polite. They are very skilled workers and completed each project meticulously. We could not be more happy and satisfied with their work, My husband and I give them the highest praise and recommendation.

The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. The planters they built and incorporated into the deck have been given rave reviews. The crew showed up promptly each morning.
