We had them reside our house, they did a fantastic job. They showed up every day at the same time every morning and it was in November, cold, and they stayed all day and worked until late afternoon. They did a great job keeping me posted on some water damage that occurred and even were willing to charge a fair price to repair it. They even installed a new back door and screen door for me at a fair price. Overall very happy and would definitely use and recommend them.

We have always had such positive experiences with Schwartz Construction! They did a wonderful job replacing our roof three years ago. When we had siding damage a few months ago, we knew we could count on Sam and his crew. Sam is very knowledgeable and provides great insight on any project. During a recent storm, the fascia on my elderly neighbor's soffit came loose. I called Schwartz Construction & Sam said he would stop & look at it. He called me 2 days later & said he fixed it. When I asked how much we owed, his reply was "Nothing, that neighbors help neighbors". Thank you so much for helping our neighbor!
