My grandma and grandpa have been customers of Schwarte's for a very long time. Recently, the battery in my grandma's car died. The man came out to her condo, jumped the car, brought it back to the shop, replaced the battery, and brought the car back to her. Talk about customer service!
I had AAA drop my car there on September 9th 2025 and just got it back today October 28th with ZERO work having been done on it. After several phone calls and getting told multiple times that my car was next on the list, we were finally told that even though the engine light is on, the brakes are rusted, and you have to practically stand on the brake pedal to make the car start, that no “symptoms” were showing and that they “didn’t want to throw money at it”. “Look around I’m too busy” was essentially the response I received when I stopped in to have a tire taken off a wheel. It takes less than 5 minutes. The guy then tried to send me to Tire Discounters which I wes shocked to hear coming from a small business owner.
