I managed to pull my vehicle into this lot right before it broke down. It was 4th of July weekend and every tow place and repair shop was closed. I had no choice but to leave it there. Rude customer service, I had a question about my car, guy was totally rude off the bat no thank you!
I’m pretty disappointed with this mechanic! My husband’s AC went out a little less than a year ago, so we got it fixed through them-for a good chunk of money. Now recently, his air is acting up again and since it hasn’t been a full year, they said if it was something to do with their work that we probably wouldn’t have to pay. Seemed nice at the time, but their “findings” were that some sort of rock hit into a certain part of the ac and made it not work again, so we’re paying another 900 dollars to get it fixed again. My grandma and grandpa have been customers of Schwarte's for a very long time. Recently, the battery in my grandma's car died. The man came out to her condo, jumped the car, brought it back to the shop, replaced the battery, and brought the car back to her. Talk about customer service!
