Alex and his team are awesome. From our initial phone call, the team has been excellent. The communication has been clear and prompt, Alex is extremely knowledgeable and walked us through his recommendations and he is incredibly easy to work with. Alex and his team were prompt, did excellent work and left our yard looking cleaner than when they came. I couldn't have been happier with the customer service and experience with Schwan's Tree Care.
We met with Alex for a consultation on several of our aging and newer trees for our condo association. Even though the scope of work was outside of Schwan's Tree Care scope (our trees are too large and close to electrical wires), Alex still took the time to carefully provide thoughtful recommendations and input. Megan from their team kept us up-to-date on scheduling via email, we appreciate their responsiveness to our tree needs and would highly recommend!
Schwan's Tree Care is awesome! We used them to trim back and wire a 100+year old silver maple between two homes in a close urban area. Careful, considerate, thorough, knowledgeable, neat and reasonably priced. Highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat!
Alex and Megan came today to trim two very large trees in our front yard. These two are action oriented and completed the task in one day! I would highly recommend their services. Experts in tree care can be expensive but this provider is reasonable, careful, and experienced. I plan to use them in the future!
We sick Maple that needed to come down and I couldn't be happier with the service Schwan's provided. They left my yard cleaner than when they got there! No scraps, branches, or saw dust in accounted for! I would gladly hire them again, they worked safely and kept a clean job site, I can't emphasize enough how thoughtful they were. Strongly recommend if you need any tree service especially where a bucket truck is not an option.
