Going on 2 hours late. I planned to have what I bought for dinner. Is this a habitual thing being late? POOR SERVICE for a 1st time buyer!
They call you in to do an interview and have you come in for 2 hrs on a work day. They like to waste people's time. Not very professional

My family has been ordering from Schwan’s for at least 20 years now. Great service, great selection, delivered to our door every 2 weeks.
I made an order for the first time for our Christmas dinner. I ordered on the 12th of December with a delivery date that would arrive prior to Christmas. My order never came so after Christmas I called them and they were very confused to why it never showed up. They mentioned that it was possibly because it was being delivered from UPS instead of their drivers. Very confusing to everyone, so they reshipped it.
