Ordered and never received on delivery date. Found out later it was delivered to wrong house on the route. Took a month from day it should have been delivered until when it finally was delivered. Gave them another chance, they delivered but not everything, following week rest of order was delivered. This week after successfully delivering everything, the driver ran over and killed our dog. Went to distribution center in Minot to report. Driver denied and cussed me out with supervisor Heather standing right there allowing it.... read more
