Rude receptionist. They do intellectual property litigation so I asked if they also work with Trade Dress infringement. Woman on the phone said verbatim “I have no idea what you just said” but in a condescending manner. “We do intellectual property (IP) litigation but I don’t know what you’re talking about”. How can you work in IP and not know what trade dress is.
Rude and condescending. I recommend avoiding this firm and Ms. MacBeth. There's many other good lawyers out there to choose from for estate planning that would be much nicer to deal with.
