Glowing Recommendation We worked with Paul at Schwab on our first mortgage during the most turbulent lending environment since the Great Depression. Truly, our loan application was being reviewed the same week everything was melting down on Wall Street. Not only did Paul get us a loan at a great rate (for our mediocre credit score) he pretty much held my hand during all the anxiety. They are the best I own 6 properties and always work with Jason on funding. Five years ago I got a loan from an internet site. It was a nightmare and I vowed to only work with Jason in the future. I have refinanced two times since and never been disappointed. Give him your business. You won't regret it. The money I paid him has more than been compensated by the low interest rates he has gotten me.
