Checked with some friends in high places and absolutely your EMT who responded to a call at 222 Coal Street in Port Carbon on Friday 8/1 was out of line! He admonished and condescended to the woman in distress, telling her that the service she requested was “a waste of valuable resources” and more. Your website states that you do routine transports, especially in this situation.

Someone called for ambulance service for me. By the time you arrived, the emergency was over. I did not need your service. I never called you. Still, I have to pay $380 since you took my blood pressure since you were there. Thanks.

Rachel and 2 kind gentleman colleagues transported me from my home to LV Schuylkill Emergency Department with compassion and respect. They provided unhurried assistance and consideration with my mobility issues. Skilled in stress reduction. Positive experience, to the extent that an ambulance encounter can be positive. Thank you.

Your charging me over $700 for a nonemergency ambulance ride for my daughter from one hospital to another in Pottsville! You people are thieves and scum. At least the doctors have a reason for charging so much. By the way thanks for not sending a bill and sending it too collections. You just screwed my credit over regardless if I pay it or not
