I have taken several classes now at Schuylkill Aerial and Wellness. Their aerial hammock class is incredibly easy and so relaxing. Tonight I had the pleasure of experiencing their new Bungie class which was challenging and so much fun! Sharon is very sweet and makes sure you are comfortable and able to properly do all of the poses correctly. I cannot say enough nice things about this facility. If you're reading this you are already looking for something different. This is your sign, do it!

It is a great place and the trainer is friendly and makes you feel at home from the beginning. The aerial yoga is the best stretch routine I ever had. It is a cozy, hidden gem lead by a knowledgeable trainer.

love going to aerial yoga! Sharon is a wonderful teacher and works with all levels of experience. I recommend giving this place a try.

I went to the beginners aerial class and it was a ton of fun. We were able to go with absolutely no experience and still had a ton of fun. I look forward to going back and doing the next level. It’s a great place to get some excercise that maybe has trouble with their joints. It really reduces the strain on your joints while still building strength and mobility. It's really fun, you get to show Sharon new things, stretch a lot, and it's so much fun. I got aerial silks for my birthday because I love it so much. Holly, Age 9
