Paid 200$ in 2020 to get my taxes done.they made a mistake and I got audit cost me 700$.they would hardly pick up the phone and would not call me back.finally they told me to write a letter to new York state if I had any complaint.i realize people make mistakes but the way I was treated I would not recommend.
