We are an Elite Dealer for Cub Cadet and also carry the Hustler brand zero turns. Avoid this place like the plague if you value your time and money. They will do anything to get out of warranty work. The technicians don't know how to diagnose basic problems and the owner would rather argue instead of taking responsibility on a brand new $3000 Cub Cadet XR2 that has had constant problems. Take your business to Pennocks or Davies & Sons if you want actual customer service.

Avoid this place like the plague if you value your time and money. They will do anything to get out of warranty work. The owner accused me of using "bad gas" which was causing the misfire on my brand new Cub Cadet. I exclusively use ethanol-free gas from Sunoco on 5th St in Jamestown for my three personal vehicles, the Chevy vans in our work fleet and my four wheelers, haven't had a single problem in a decade. You can often tell the character of a person or a company on how they handle a problem. Schutt's treated me well in a situation that could have gone the other way. I will be glad to do business with them again, as I have been doing for some years.
