Had my brand new car Krowned left it there all day didn’t receive a phone call all day to pick up so called and went in at 4:30 to pick up waited 20 minutes for receipt and paper work to be completed go outside the INSIDE of my BRAND NEW 2026 is covered in oil the steering wheel, shifter the handle the door my new floor mats…. It's like something out of a horror movie!
This is the second year I’ve had Krown rust control applied by schutts. The customer service is strange. You walk in and nobody even acknowledges you and it feels awkward to stand there in silence. I had made an appointment and dropped it off the night before. It was there all day and they never called me to say it was ready to be picked up.
