This is the second year I’ve had Krown rust control applied by schutts. The customer service is strange. You walk in and nobody even acknowledges you and it feels awkward to stand there in silence. I had made an appointment and dropped it off the night before. It was there all day and they never called me to say it was ready to be picked up. Needed a tire repaired, they took me in quickly and got me back on the road. Very nice people
They are deleting one-star comments. This is the third time I have to re-post and noticed that they also delete others. They booked me a rust prevention appointment, but they never opened, as a result I had to go somewhere else. Avoid at all costs for multiple reasons!
