I called at 5:10pm on a Friday to order a funeral arrangement to be delivered by 9am the following day. I was immediately accomodated with a positive attitude, no vibes of inconvenience for the super last minute request, which I greatly appreciated. I'm very particular and wanted specific flowers and numerous unique options were offered! I had a vision of whites and greens and the florist really delivered! I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a new business my friends were opening 2 blocks away from Schusters. I gave the business name, address & my number. I was incredibly disappointed to hear my friends never received the flowers. When I called Schusters the next day, I basically had to beg them for an apology. They said they “must have noted down the wrong address”. When I asked them why they didn’t call me they stated they didn’t take my number with them on the delivery.
